Coordinate with state-specific counsel on applicable requirements, submissions, and sequencing. Where legislative engagement is part of the strategy, work with government-affairs specialists and state associations.
Design & construction coordination
Translate clinical scope into room layouts, equipment requirements, and patient and staff workflows. Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, procurement, budgets, and schedule milestones.
Licensing & opening readiness
Organize applicable state licensure, certification, accreditation, payer enrollment, staffing, credentialing, policies, equipment commissioning, and readiness reviews.
Management & growth
Connect launch plans to daily operations: staffing, purchasing, revenue cycle, quality measurement, and performance review. Establish owners and priorities for the early months and beyond.
