The Registry is the starting point
The August 2026 launch invited physicians and ASC operators to begin with Registry participation, then explore the Playbook, research, and other ACCESS capabilities.
Participation also means helping shape the network: proposing data fields and endpoints, contributing Playbook content, and expressing interest in registry governance and protocol review.
Program enrollment, site readiness, and study participation have their own requirements. Joining the Registry does not automatically activate a site for research.
